The Hobart and William Smith squash teams begin the second half of their seasons this week when they welcome St. Lawrence, Connecticut College and Bowdoin to the Smith Squash Center.

The Statesmen and Herons take on St. Lawrence on Wednesday at 2 p.m. to begin the homestand. On Thursday, Jan. 9, HWS will take on Connecticut College at 11 a.m. The Statesmen and Herons will face Bowdoin on Sunday, Jan. 12 at 10 a.m.

ABOUT THE HERONS
- William Smith enters the second half of the season with a 0-5 record.
- The Herons have been off since Nov. 24.
- First-year Reshika Rajarathinam has played all five matches at No. 1.

- Hobart brings a 1-5 record into the second half of the season.
- The Statesmen have not played since Nov. 24.

- The Saints women's team is making their season debut on Wednesday. St. Lawrence is ranked 23rd in the College Squash Association Team Rankings.
- The Saints men's team is 0-4 and are ranked 22nd in the nation.

ABOUT THE CAMELS
- Both Connecticut College teams are 2-7 to start the season and will be at Hamilton on Wednesday.
- The Camels women team beat New York University and Vassar and the men have defeated Vassar and Fordham.

ABOUT THE POLAR BEARS
- The Bowdoin women are 3-0 overall this season. They beat Brown, Dickinson and Connecticut College. The Polar Bears will be at Wesleyan on Tuesday and Amherst on Wednesday. They are ranked 18th in the nation.
- The Bowdoin men are 3-1 with wins over Brown, Dickinson and Connecticut College. The Polar Bears will take on Wesleyan and Amherst before coming to Geneva.
