Seven members of the 2024-25 Hobart hockey team were named Krampade All-American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association. Since 2017, 39 Statesmen have earned 81 All-American Scholar honors.
Â
Now in its ninth year, the All-American Scholar program recognizes varsity ice hockey players who have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester during the 2024-25 season and appeared in at least 40% of their school's games. Of the 664 Division II-III men recognized this season, eight were also voted to the CCM/AHCA All-America teams, including Hobart second team All-American
Luke Aquaro.
Â
Five of the seven Statesmen honorees are repeat winners. Aquaro was recognized for the fourth straight year. Belov and Fasig are three-time winners and Fontana and Morrissey are two-time recipients.
Â
Hobart concluded the season with a 29-1-1 overall record. The Statesmen were unbeaten in their final 13 games and captured their third straight national championships. Hobart has earned 30 AHCA All-American Scholar awards during its three-year run atop Division III hockey.
