The William Smith soccer team begins a three-game road trip this weekend, Sept. 6-7, when it travels to Salisbury, Maryland, for the 2025 Salisbury Classic. On Saturday, the second-ranked Herons will face St. Mary's College (Md.) at 4 p.m. The following day, William Smith will take on Salisbury at noon.

The Herons enter the weekend with a record of 2-0-0. In their season opener, William Smith defeated DeSales 8-1. Two days later, the Herons earned a 3-0 win over New Paltz on Cozzens Field.

The Seahawks are 2-0-1 this season and are coming off a 1-0 win over Hood on Wednesday. The Sea Gulls are 1-1-1 after tying Washington (Md.) 1-1 on Wednesday.
