GENEVA, N.Y.—The Hobart squash team dropped a match to 17th-ranked Franklin & Marshall 9-0 at the Smith Squash Center today.
 
Before the match, Hobart celebrated senior day. The Statesmen honored seniors Javier De La Vega and John Solano.
 
MATCH DETAILS

• Franklin & Marshall won seven of the nine points in 3-0  sweeps.
• Despite the sweep, first-year Gabriel Garcia had a tight match in the No. 4 spot. He was edged,13-11, 11-5, 11-8.
• Mason Graham also kept his match close at No. 9, losing 11-1, 12-10, 14-12.
• The Diplomats won the other two points 3-1.
• Both first-year Adam Le and Javier De La Vega won their game before dropping their matches 3-1.

 
UP NEXT
Hobart will be back in action Jan. 30-31 when it heads to Pennsylvania to take on Dickinson and Haverford.
