The top-ranked Hobart hockey team will be back in action on Friday, March 27, when it takes on seventh-ranked University of Wisconsin-Stout in a national semifinal in Utica, New York. Faceoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium.
 
Tickets for the semifinals will be sold online here. General admission is $25 or an all-session pass can be purchased for $40.
 
The Statesmen enter this weekend with a 29-0-0 record. Hobart is coming off a 2-1 victory over second-ranked St. Norbert on Saturday. The Statesmen scored twice in the second period and held off the Green Knights' offense to advance. Hobart is making its fourth consecutive and seventh overall appearance in the NCAA semifinals.
 
The Blue Devils are 23-5-1 this year. Last weekend, UW-Stout scored five unanswered goals to defeat Utica 5-1. This is the Blue Devils second trip to the national semifinals in program history.
 
Fans who cannot make the trip to Utica can follow the action with a live stream on NCAA.com. The game will also be broadcast on WHWS-FM (105.7) in Geneva.
 
The other semifinal will feature fourth-ranked Aurora against sixth-ranked Hamilton at 3 p.m. The winners will meet for the national championship on Sunday, March 29 at 3 p.m.
