The 17th-ranked William Smith soccer team will be back in action on Saturday, Sept. 23, when it plays the fourth game of a six-game road trip at Bard. The Herons' Liberty League opener is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. at Ferrari Soccer & Lacrosse Complex in Annandale-on-Huson, New York.
 
William Smith is 4-3-0 on the season. The Herons are looking to snap a two-game skid that saw them drop a pair of 1-0 contests to Rochester and New Paltz.
 
Bard is 2-3-1 overall. The Raptors opened league play with a 5-0 loss to Vassar on Wednesday.
