Chemistry Achievement Award of the Rochester Section of the American Chemical Society ... Rocco L. Fiaschetti ’40 Prize in Chemistry ... Liberty League All-Academic ... College All-American Strength & Conditioning Athlete of the Year ... Liberty League Performer of the Week twice ... Earned All-ECAC honors after finishing 5th the ECAC Championship ...  Ran in nine races ... Led the Statesmen in six races ... Recorded a season-best 8-kilometer time of 27:35.6 ... Had a season-best first place finish at the Alfred Invitational, leading the Statesmen to a first place finish overall.

Traveled to Copenhagen, Denmark as part of the HWS study abroad program.

Ran in all 10 races ... Earned All-ECAC honors after finishing in 22nd place at the ECAC Championship ...  Placed in the top-50 in six out of 10 races ... Recorded a team-best 6k time of 20:50.0 at the Wildcat Invitational ... Logged his fastest 8k time of 27:46.8 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships. 

2016: Liberty League Rookie of the Week once...Received the Charles P. McCoy '68 Award ... Ran in all nine races for the Statesmen...Logged season-best 6k time of 20:50 at SUNY Poly Invitational... Logged fastest 8k time of 27:36 at Geneseo Invitational.

Londonderry High School: Earned five varsity letters ... Logged a 16:07 5-kilometer time ... Also a member of the basketball and lacrosse teams.
