2010: Competed in all 10 meets ... Ran season-best 5k time of 21:56.12 at the Houghton Invitational ... Recorded season-best 6k of 27:54.9 at NCAA Regionals.

2009: Competed in nine of 11 meets ... Placed 23rd (25:48.4) in the SUNYIT Invitational to help the Herons finished with a first-place team finish ... Came in 24th (29:25) in the Hobart Invitational, again helping William Smith win the event ... Posted a season-best 5k time of 23:34.02 in the CCOC Championships.

2008: Ran in nine of 11 races ... Registered a season-best 5k time of 22:57 in the CCOC Championships ... Notched her season-best 6k time (29:33) at the Liberty League Championships ... Placed 13th in the Hobart Invitational.

Wayland High School: Two-year varsity letter winner ... Earned the team's Most Improved Award following her first season ... Garnered the Sportsmanship Award ... Also competed in soccer and skiing for the Warriors.
