The Bowling Coach's Award is presented to the player that showed the most improvement throughout the year by embodying the five core values of communication, growth, accountability, unity and kindness. This player leads by example with their actions on and off the lanes and perseveres during times of adversity with a positive attitude. This individual shows commitment to her teammates and an eagerness and willingness to learn and be involved in the HWS community.
