The Ashley M. Kent '07 Award is presented to a student-athlete for her exceptional dedication to advancing the Heron soccer program ahead of her own personal athletic goals.

Prior to 2013, the award was presented to the team's most outstanding player.

The Aliceann Wilber Award is presented annually to the William Smith soccer team's most outstanding player.

This award honors Aliceann Wilber the first head coach of the William Smith soccer team. In the 2009 season she became just the second women's soccer coach to reach 400 wins. Wilber has more career coaching victories than any coach in the history of NCAA Division III women's soccer.

Prior to 2013, the Wilber Award was presented to a player for perseverance and dedication.

The Brie Ruane '17 Warrior Award is presented to a William Smith soccer player who best exemplifies the values of Heron Head Coach Aliceann Wilber and demonstrates the qualities of Brie Ruane '17 (pictured above), a fierce competitor who was willing to put the team on her back to succeed. The annual recipient is presented a watch and the player's name is added to a plaque located in the William Smith Soccer Office.
