The Ady Symonds '96 Most Valuable Sailing Award is presented to the William Smith sailor who is voted most valuable by her teammates.

The award honors the first Heron sailor to earn All-America honors. Symonds was tabbed an ICYRA All-American crew after helping HWS capture the 1996 America Trophy and a berth in the ICYRA Coed Dinghy National Championship. She was inducted into the William Smith Hall of Honor in 2003.

The Christine Jurczak '00 Sailing Coach's Award is presented to the William Smith sailor who is voted most improved by her teammates.

The award honors the first Heron sailor to be named a women's skipper All-American, earning honorable mention in 2000.

The Classes of 1994 Award is presented to the member of the sailing team who exhibited an extraordinary commitment to the welfare of the team, who through the donation of time and effort beyond practice, while not apparent in mere racing performance, insured the current and future success of the sailing team. The award is donated by the members of the sailing team Classes of 1994.
