This S. Ford Weiskittel Most Valuable Oarswoman Award is given to the team member without whom the team would not have been successful.

The Coach's Award, informally called the Beyond her Limits Award, is given to a novice member, who consistently performs beyond her limits and surprises her coaches everyday.

Presented annually to rowing's rookie of the year.
