Assistant Director of Athletics for Sports Performance Brittany Krivicich leads HWS athletics' sports performance programs, including strength and conditioning and the student-athlete development programs, the Napier Leadership Seminar and Peak Performance Plan. She was initially appointed to lead the strength and conditioning program in 2024 after serving as the associate head coach of strength and conditioning since 2021. She came to Hobart and William Smith following 16 months as an athletics performance assistant coach for Olympic sports at Baylor University.

Krivicich was the head performance coach for the Bears' women's soccer team and the equestrian team. She also assisted with the BU acrobatics and tumbling and track and field programs.
 
Krivicich was the assistant strength and conditioning coach at HWS during the 2019-20 academic year, developing designing and implementing programs for all of the Colleges 29 varsity teams.
 
A native of Middletown, N.Y., Krivicich spent the 2018-19 academic year as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Wisconsin at Platteville. She was the lead coach for the Pioneers' baseball, women's basketball, cross country, and golf teams. In addition to her direct work with UW-Platteville student-athletes, she also developed, educated and supervised interns from the university's Department of Health and Human Performance.
 
Before joining the Pioneers, Krivicich was a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Ithaca College. She worked directly with the Bombers' cross country, field hockey, men's lacrosse and track and field teams, while also assisting with football.
 
In addition to her work at the collegiate level, Krivicich also has experience at the scholastic level. She worked as an intern and an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Charlotte Country Day School in North Carolina and as the head strength and conditioning coach for girls' soccer at John Jay High School in New York.
 
Krivicich is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She earned a bachelor's degree in fitness development from SUNY Cortland in 2013 and a master's degree in exercise and sports science and sport psychology from Ithaca in 2018.
