Bobby Fisk joined the Hobart and William Smith athletics departments to serve as strength and conditioning coach before the start of the 2011-12 academic year. He came to the Colleges after serving as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Siena College and as the strength and conditioning coach for the Albany Legends of the International Basketball League.

Fisk is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He also has functional movement specialist certification through Functional Movement Systems. Fisk works with student-athletes from all of the Colleges' 22 varsity sports and manages the RFK Varsity Strength Training Center.

A 2008 graduate of Oneonta State, Fisk earned a bachelor's degree in economics. The Schenectady native played two seasons for the Red Dragons' men's basketball team after transferring from UMBC. A team captain as a senior, Fisk earned All-SUNYAC honorable mention after finishing 16th in the nation in 3-point shooting percentage (.441) and 22nd in 3-pointers made per game (3.2).

Following his graduation from Oneonta, Fisk enrolled in the master's in business administration program at Averett University. While on the Danville, Va., campus, he also served as the Cougars' strength and conditioning coach and as an assistant men's basketball coach. On the hardwood, Fisk helped Averett capture the 2008-09 USA South regular season and tournament championships, advancing to the second round of the NCAA tournament. He completed his MBA in 2010.
