Hadley joined the Hobart coaching staff in 2018 following three seasons at Endicott College, serving as the Gulls’ defensive coordinator and strength and conditioning coach. His Endicott defenses ranked among the best in the nation in the red zone in 2015 (10th, .595) and 2016 (17th, .615).
 
Hadley began his coaching career at the University of Rhode Island as the linebackers coach in 2010. He spent the next two seasons coaching the linebackers and serving as the co-defensive coordinator at St. Lawrence University. Hadley coached the linebackers at Ithaca College in 2013 and 2014, helping the Bombers win back-to-back Empire 8 Championships. Hadley and his fellow coaches at Ithaca earned consecutive Empire 8 Coaching Staff of the Year awards, leading the Bombers to a two-year record of 16-7.
 
Hadley earned a bachelor’s degree in studio art from Colgate University in 2010. He was a recipient of Colgate’s Dr. Leo H. Speno Award which recognizes distinguished academic achievement and community service by a Raider student-athlete. Hadley earned a master’s degree in educational leadership from St. Lawrence in 2012. He is also a USA Weightlifting Level 2 Advanced Sport Performance Coach.
 
A four-year varsity letterman, Hadley was a three-year starter at middle linebacker for Colgate, earning All-Patriot League honors as a junior and as a senior. He led the team in tackles in 2008 and 2009. Hadley led the Raiders to 29-16 record during his four seasons, including the 2008 Patriot League Championship and an appearance in the NCAA FCS Playoffs.
