Schram joined the HWS sports medicine team for the 2018-19 academic year. In November 2021, she was promoted to associate athletic trainer. Currently the associate head athletic trainer, Schram is a New York State board certified athletic trainer and a member of the National Athletic Training Association.
While assisting with the athletic training needs of all student-athletes, Schram works closely with the Hobart football, HWS squash and Hobart baseball teams.
Schram's athletic training experience includes providing medical coverage for Syracuse University summer camps. As a student athletic trainer, she assisted the Red Dragons' sports medicine staff in covering football and women's lacrosse. Schram also spent the 2017 spring semester working with the boys and girls lacrosse teams at Homer High School.
Schram earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from SUNY Cortland in 2017.
