Lewis comes to Hobart with a tremendous basketball coaching resume with a focus on player development and creating a love for the game.
Lewis has most recently worked as the varsity boys basketball coach at School of the Arts in Rochester, New York. Prior to that he was an assistant coach for the Bryant and Stratton College women's basketball team.
In 2019-20, Bryant & Stratton advanced to the quarterfinals of the USCAA National Championship tournament. The remainder of the tournament was canceled due to the pandemic. The Bobcats ended the season with a 23-5 record thanks to a formidable defense which held opponents to under 50 points per game.
Lewis is a Rochester native who spends his offseason hosting basketball clinics and tournaments in the Rochester area.
