Dargie came to the Colleges from Stoneleigh-Burnham School in Greenfield, Massachusetts. She served as the head athletic trainer, assistant to the dean of students, healthcare assistant and house parent for the all-girls independent boarding and day school. Dargie’s athletic trainer responsibilities included working with the soccer, tennis, volleyball, basketball and softball teams.

As the healthcare assistant, she managed COVID-19 pool testing of students and faculty and assisted with the medical treatment of students under the direction of the school physician and nurse.

Dargie earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Springfield College in 2021. As an undergraduate, she spent a semester as a student athletic trainer at Deerfield Academy, working with the coed preparatory school’s fall sports teams, including cross country, football, soccer and volleyball. Dargie gained additional experience as a student athletic trainer for the Pride, working with the men’s lacrosse and volleyball teams in 2019 and the football team in 2020. She also was a student athletic trainer at Springfield High School for winter and spring sports in 2020.

Dargie is a board certified athletic trainer and a member of the National Athletic Training Association.
