Will battle for the starting role ... Very mobile and quick ... Sees the ball well ... Passing skills will be important to transition success ... Plays guitar and sings in the band Annie In The Water ... Climbed Mt. Fuji in sixth grade.

2008: Played in eight games, starting one ... Got the starting nod in his home state of Virginia against Presbyterian ... Recorded eight saves to beat the Blue Hose ... Made four saves in 17 minutes of work against Hartford ... Also turned back four shots against Fairfield ... Played just 39 seconds against Georgetown, but collected a key ground ball that led to the game-tying goal that forced overtime.

2007: Played in five games ... Earned his first start and beat Canisius ... Recorded a season-high eight saves at St. John’s ... Picked up a season-high two ground balls against Hartford. 

2006: Saw action in three games ... Played his first collegiate game against eventual national runner up UMass, making four saves ... Turned back two shots at Canisius ... Played the fourth quarter against No. 3 Cornell. 

Woodbridge High School: Coached by Steve Claiborne ... Three-time varsity letterman ... All-American as a senior ... Three-time All-Region, All-District, and All-Area honoree ... 2005 Team MVP ... Also played hockey for the Vikings ... Team captain as a senior and  assistant captain as a junior ... Earned a silver medal for preproduced video and a bronze medal for on-site live video at the VICA State Championships.

Family Ties: Maternal grandfather, Robert Hart, played for 1959 Syracuse football team that won the national championship.
