Morgan joined the Colleges staff in August of 2021. He will serve as an assistant coach while participating in the Colleges' masters of science in management program.
Morgan graduated with a bachelor's degree in writing and rhetoric, was a four-year member of the HWS sailing team. As a junior, he earned All-MAISA Crew recognition. He competed in seven regattas in 2019-20, helping win the George Washington Team Race and finish second at the John Jackson Team Race. Morgan also finished first in A Division at the Jack Boehringer and David Lee Arnoff regattas that year. In his senior season, he competed in four regattas. Morgan was second in the MAISA North national qualifier and finished eighth in A Division at the 2021 Gill College Sailing Coed National Championships.
