Rebecca Lampson joined the Heron staff as a part-time assistant coach in 2014.
Lampson came to William Smith after graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology in May of 2012. She was a four-year member of the Tigers' lacrosse team. The 2012 IWLCA All-Region and All-Liberty League selection completed her lacrosse career with 196 points on 132 goals and 64 assists. Lampson ranks second on RIT's career list for points and draws, as well as, third in assists and fourth in goals. She capped her career registering 62 goals and 24 assists for 86 points in her senior season. She ranks third on the Tigers' list for goals in a season and points in a season. RIT's Female Senior Athlete of the Year in 2012 was also a three-year captain.
A native of Penn Yan, N.Y., Lampson earned a bachelor's degree in new media marketing with a concentration in environmental studies. She currently works in the Office of Admissions at Hobart and William Smith as the Campus Events and Visits Coordinator.
