Bailey Victoria joined the Hobart and William Smith strength and conditioning team as an assistant coach in 2020. She brings a breadth of experience in the strength and conditioning field, ranging from high school to NCAA Division III to NCAA Division I.
Victoria is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She is also a level 1 certified CrossFit instructor and has high school coaching certification in both Florida and Iowa.

Victoria comes to the Colleges from Des Moines, Iowa, where she was a strength and conditioning coach with Select Medical, working with high school students. Prior to that, she spent two years attending graduate school and working in Tallahassee, Fla. Victoria earned a master's degree in sports management from Florida State University in May. While enrolled at FSU, she was an intern strength and conditioning coach for the Seminoles, working with the baseball, volleyball, swimming, softball, soccer and track teams and served as the director of athletic performance for Florida State University Schools, where she built the school's athletics performance plan from the ground up. At FSUS, Victoria worked with all of the varsity teams, including volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis, golf and swimming, as well as junior varsity and middle school teams.

Victoria earned a bachelor's degree in health and fitness promotion from Luther College in 2018. As a senior, she completed an internship with Luther's strength and conditioning staff.

A highly-successful student-athlete, Victoria was a three-year starter at second base for the Luther softball team, helping the Norse go 124-21 while earning three straight NCAA tournament appearances. A .333 career hitter, she was a 2017 All-American Rivers Conference second team selection.
