Kendall Nemish joined the HWS Athletics Department as an assistant strength and conditioning coach in 2025. He came to HWS after spending the previous academic year as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at New Hampshire.Â

With the Wildcats, Nemish worked with a wide range of UNH teams. He designed and implemented programs for the women’s swimming and diving team and the field hockey team, while assisting with the men’s and women’s ice hockey teams, the football team and the men’s and women’s track and field teams.Â

Nemish graduated with a master’s degree in exercise science from Merrimack College in 2025.
As an undergraduate, Nemish earned a bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from Christopher Newport University. He completed an internship with the Captains’ strength and conditioning staff working with several of CNU’s varsity teams. Additionally, Nemish played ice hockey for the school’s club team, leading Christopher Newport in scoring. He was named the 2021-22 Forward of the Year and served as an assistant captain.Â

Nemish has additional professional experience with Dynamic Sports Performance in Reston, Virginia, the Washington Capitals Development Camp in Arlington, Virginia, and Top Tier Performance in Prince William, Virginia.Â

Nemish has completed the USA Weightlifting Level 1 course certification and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.Â
