HWS' lone senior at the Admiral Moore Team Race Regatta, Thompson led the sailors to victory in the 10-team event. HWS sailed through two round robins, compiling a 16-2 record to enter the knockout round in first place. In the semifinals, Thompson and HWS defeated No. 4 Roger Williams 2-0 in in the best of three format, then toppled No. 3 Georgetown 2-0 in the final. The Colleges are ranked 10th in the latest Sailing World college rankings.
