Leighton helped the Herons to clinch a 6-3 win over Geneseo on Thursday with wins in both singles and doubles play. She teamed with Remy Raevsky to earn an 8-5 victory at No. 3 doubles. In singles, Leighton rallied to defeat the Blue Knights' Katie Talbot 4-6, 6-3, 12-10 at No. 6. She improved her singles record to 11-2 and is now 19-7 with Raevsky in doubles.
