Hobart and William Smith Colleges Athletics

Bunce stroked Hobart's varsity four to a pair of victories at the George Washington Invitational over the weekend. On Friday, the varsity four posted an open water win over Georgetown and Holy Cross. Bunce and the Statesmen powered down the 2,000-meter course to a winning time of 6:42.20. The Hoyas were eight seconds back followed by the Crusaders.  The next day Bunce stroked the Statesmen to a narrow victory over Georgetown. Hobart stopped the clock with a time of 6:30.60, eight-tenths of a second ahead of the Hoyas.
