CANTON, N.Y.—The Hobart College squash team was in action this weekend at St. Lawrence for the Liberty League Championships. The Statesmen fell to Rochester 9-0 and the host Saints 9-0 on Saturday, before rebounding with a 9-0 victory over Vassar on Sunday. The Statesmen currently hold a 1-6 overall record.

Luke Esselen led Hobart vs. the Brewers on Sunday, posting a 3-0 win over Mehdi Naqvi at No. 1 (11-7, 11-6, 11-5). Junior
Grant Palermo earned a 3-1 win at No. 2 over Arjun Agarwala, and junior
Carl Ranieri picked up a 3-0 victory vs. Henk Isom at No. 3. The rest of the Statesmen followed suit. Recording 3-0 wins at Nos. 4-9 was sophomore
