EWING, N.J.—The William Smith College tennis team lost to The College of New Jersey 9-0 this afternoon, slipping to 4-2 on the season.

Melissa Slack (Cape Elizabeth/Cape Elizabeth, Maine) lost a hard-fought match to Haley Kutner 6-4, 4-6, 10-1 at fourth singles, and teamed up with sophomore
Amanda Slack (Cape Elizabeth/Cape Elizabeth, Maine) at first doubles. The sisters fell to Jackie Shtemberg and Felice Trinh 8-4.
The Herons will be back in action tomorrow, March 29, when they travel to NYU for a match at 11 a.m.
