MIDDLETOWN, Conn.—The Hobart College squash team defeated Wesleyan 5-4 tonight in its first match of the Yale/Wesleyan Round Robin. The Statesmen improve to 2-6 on the season, while the Cardinals drop to 7-5.

Hobart dropped the first three matches of the contest, but rebounded to win match Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9. At press time, there was no further information about the contest.

The Statesmen will be back in action tomorrow, Jan. 16, when they take on Colby and Connecticut College.
