GENEVA, N.Y.—The Hobart College squash team dropped two matches in the Smith Squash Center today. The Statesmen fell to 11th-ranked Franklin & Marshall 9-0, and sixth-ranked Cornell 9-0, slipping to 4-14 on the season.
Sophomore
Kevin Kent led Hobart vs. the Diplomats at No. 8. After dropping the first game 11-8, he battled back to take the second 11-9, but Ben Lurio finished the match by winning the next two, 11-1, 11-7.
The Statesmen will be back in action on Feb. 10 when they travel to Rochester for a match at 6 p.m.
