The William Smith College tennis team defeated NYU 6-3 in a match played today on the outdoor courts at the HWS Tennis Center. The Herons improved to 8-2 this season.

Haley Wolf paired up for a 9-7 win at No. 1 and sophomore
Sydney Arsenault and senior
Casey Nicoletti defeated their opponents 8-0 at No. 2. Sophomores
Charlotte Federowicz and
Kelley Hartmann teamed up for an 8-6 victory at No. 3.
Wolf topped her competition 6-4, 6-4 at No. 3 and Nicoletti won 6-2, 6-1 at No. 4. Hartmann came out on top 6-1, 6-4 at No. 6.
The Herons will be back on the courts on Tuesday, April 8, when they host Cortland at 6 p.m.
