The Hobart College squash dropped a match at Cornell this afternoon. The Big Red defeated the Statesmen 8-1. Hobart is now 11-7 this season.
 
Cornell topped the Statesmen 3-0 in seven of the nine matches. First-year Jack Shannon won his match at No. 5, 3-1.  Fellow first-year Divine Wing won the first two games of his match but lost the final three games at No. 6.
 
The Statesmen will return to the court next Saturday, Feb. 14, when they host Western Ontario. The match is scheduled to begin at noon in the Smith Squash Center.
