BRONX, N.Y.— The No. 38 Hobart College squash team defeated No. 34 Fordham this afternoon 7-2 on the Lombardi Squash Courts. The Statesmen improve to 2-6 overall this season.

Quran Davis battled hard in the No. 5 spot, but fell in five sets 8-11, 11-8, 9-22, 11-1, 7-11. Sophomore

The Statesmen will be back in action Friday, Jan. 24 when they travel to Amherst, Mass. for the 2020 Pioneer Valley Invitational. Hobart will play Connecticut College Friday at 6 p.m. to open the tournament.
