GENEVA, N.Y.—The 22nd-ranked Hobart soccer team scored twice in the second half as they knocked off Skidmore 2-1 in a Liberty League contest on wet and rainy Cozzens Field this afternoon. With today's victory, Hobart is now 10-0-2 overall this season with a 5-0-1 mark in conference play.

- At 10-0-2, Hobart extends its unbeaten streak to 12 games. It is the longest streak to start a season for Hobart since 2008.

- Coutts notched his fifth goal of the season in the 59th minute. He blasted a shot from the top of the 18-yard box that knuckled past McLear. The goal was assisted by Keegan Mulroony.
- Goodhines broke up the shutout bid in the 66th minute. He stole a ball from a Hobart defender and chipped a shot over Chyzowych for his third goal of the year.
- Matthew Rubin appeared to tie the game with eight seconds remaining, but the play had been blown dead due to a foul at the top of the 18-yard box.
