Lily Gutch was named the conference's Offensive Performer of the Week, while first-year
Olivia Terranova was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week.

Last week, William Smith defeated Houghton 5-2 on Tuesday, RPI 3-2 on Friday and Vassar 2-1 on Sunday. The Herons are 9-7 on the season with a 3-2 mark in conference play. They will be back in action Saturday, Oct. 25, when they host Liberty League foe, Ithaca.

Gutch had a standout week for William Smith, tallying 12 points on six goals, including two game winners. In Tuesday's non-conference win, Gutch recorded her first-career hat trick against the Highlanders and was credited with the game-winner. She then went on to score once in Friday's win against the Engineers. Gutch closed out the weekend with a two-goal performance at Vassar. She was credited with the game winner against the Brewers as well.

The senior from Saratoga Springs, New York, has 18 points on eight goals and two assists this season. She ranks fourth in the Liberty League in goals per game (.500), sixth in points per game (1.13), and eighth in game-winning goals per game (.125). Gutch sits at 33 career points on 13 goals, including three game-winning goals, and seven assists.

Terranova was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week for the second time this season after going 3-0 in goal. Across three games, she played just over 171 minutes, compiling 10 saves. Terranova is 6-5 with  a 1.98 GAA and a .716 save percentage.
