William Smith first-year Reshika Rajarathinam was named to the All-Liberty League Women's Squash First Team as announced by the conference office today.
 
Rajarathinam led the Heron, posting an 8-12 record in her rookie season. She was 8-10 in the No. 1 spot and won three straight matches to close out the year. At the Liberty League Championship, Rajarathinam went 2-1 picking up wins against Denison's Antonette Ramsey and Vassar's Adriana Ordaya. Ramsey was also a first team All-Liberty League selection. At the CSA Team National Championships, Rajarathinam won all three of her matches in 3-0 sweeps. In addition to playing all 18 matches at No. 1, she represented the Herons at the CSA Individual Championships.  
 
Rajarathinam was named the Liberty League Rookie of the Week once and the Performer of the Week once.
 
The Herons finished the year with a 4-14 overall record. William Smith finished ninth in the CSA Walker Cup, securing wins over Bard and Vassar. The Herons were fourth at the Liberty League Championships.
