The William Smith tennis team will be back at home as it hosts Hartwick on Saturday, March 29, in a nonconference matchup. First serve between the Herons and the Hawks is set for noon in Bristol Field House.
William Smith (3-5) looks to rebound from a loss to No. 33 Vassar on Saturday to open conference play. Hartwick brings a 12-1 record to Geneva and will be playing its first dual match of the spring season.

- Hartwick was crowned the Empire 8 Champions this fall after defeating SUNY Geneseo 5-0 in the championship match on Oct. 19, 2024.
- Alexandra Krasinska is 8-2 from the No. 1 position and was named the Empire 8 Women's Tennis Player of the Year this fall. Samantha Lantzy is 10-1 from No. 3 and currently on a 10-match winning streak.
- Krasinska and Phoebe Olson are 9-0 in doubles from the No. 1 spot.
- At No. 2 doubles, Gianna Leggier and Ryann Ashby are 7-2.

- This will be the sixth meeting between William Smith and Hartwick.
- The Herons hold a 5-0 edge in the series, including a 3-0 advantage in Geneva.
