PADDING THE LEAD

NAILING IT DOWN
- After giving up an unearned run in the eighth and an earned run in the ninth, Nash found himself in a spot of trouble with only one out and two on. He quelled the threat by inducing a 4-6-3 double play to end the game.
COACH'S CORNER
"Today was one of our most complete games. Offensively, we were able to score early and play with a lead. It was great to get their starting pitcher out early and get into the pen. Teck Nash was phenomenal with a 99-pitch complete game. He attacked early and often allowing our defense to make plays." – Hobart Head Coach Brad Cook
