The William Smith tennis team will be back in action Thursday, April 10, as it hosts Nazareth for a nonconference match. First serve between the Herons and the Golden Flyers is set for 4 p.m. in Bristol Field House.
William Smith (4-8) looks to rebound from a conference loss to Union on Sunday. Nazareth, which brings a 9-10 record to Geneva, is coming off a 4-3 loss to the College of Saint Mary (Neb.) Friday.
ABOUT THE HERONS
- Sophomore Mae Kellersman leads the Herons in singles play with a 4-8 record in dual matches and is 3-7 from the No. 3 spot. First-year Bethany Walker is also 4-8 in dual matches and is 2-0 in the No. 4 spot.
- Senior Natalie Haythorn and sophomore Grace Magna are 3-8 in dual matches each.
- In doubles play, junior Haley Levine and sophomore Grace Magna are 4-6 in dual matches, including a 2-4 record from the No. 1 spot.
