GENEVA, N.Y.—For the fourth year in a row, Hobart earned the National Association of Basketball Coaches Team Academic Excellence Award. The Statesmen were one of 418 teams across all levels of college basketball to post a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the 2025-26 academic year.
Additionally, the NABC recognized the individual academic excellence of the seven Hobart student-athletes who were at least juniors and maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or higher. It's the most Statesmen to earn Honors Court recognition in program history.

Traina and Pysnack were named to the Honors Court last season as well.
Hobart posted a 14-11 record this season. The Statesmen were 8-10 in conference play, finishing seventh in the Liberty League standings.
