Coach's Corner

"It was great to get back out there and compete after not racing last week. We've dealt with some adversity with illness and nagging injuries, but this group continued to show their commitment and work ethic as we were able to put together some really solid performances, including several PRs. I'm proud of how this team has persevered and we're excited to keep putting in the work and building towards next weekend's race at the Wildcat Classic." – Head Coach Tyler Wilkie

The Herons will race again on Saturday, Sept. 26, when they compete in the SUNY Poly Wildcat Invitational in Utica, New York.
