Blouin finished third at the Carl Van Duyne Trophy, the MAISA Men's Singlehanded Championship, qualifying for the ICSA Men's Singlehanded National Championship regatta in Chicago next month. Including a pair of victories, he placed in the top five in four of the five races in the Van Duyne, finishing just two points out of second place.
