Greiner was named the ECAC West Tournament MVP and earned a spot on the all-tournament team after Hobart topped Utica 2-1 in OT in the championship game. Greiner scored the game-winning goal 15:39 into overtime to secure the Statesmen's third straight and fifth overall ECAC West Tournament title. He also added an assist on Hobart's first goal. Greiner logged a total of five points in the tournament, posting a goal and an assist in a 6-2 win over Stevenson and earning an assist in a 6-2 win at Manhattanville.
