Hobart and William Smith Colleges Athletics

McQuillen led the Herons with two goals and an assist for five points on the weekend.  She scored a goal and added an assist in William Smith's 4-1 victory over Westfield State in the first round. On Sunday, McQuillen scored perhaps the biggest goal of the season for the Herons. With 2:09 remaining in the second overtime period, she collected a loose ball at the top of the box, turned her defender and chipped a left-footed shot over the goalie and under the crossbar to lift William Smith to a 1-0 victory over Tufts. McQuillen is second on the team with seven goals and four assists for 18 points.
