Denicourt was named the MVP of the Middlebury Holiday Classic after leading the Hobart hockey team to a pair of victories in Vermont. In Saturday's 4-2 win over No. 11 University of New England, he recorded a pair of assists. In Sunday's 3-0 championship game win over the host Panthers, Denicourt and the rest of the Statesmen defense notched their first shutout of the season.
