Dillon Sass paced the Statesmen on the par 71 course, posting an 81.
Sass tied for 11th place in the 49 golfer field. Seniors
Kevin Miller and
Cullen White were the next Hobart golfers in the clubhouse, carding rounds of 85 to tie for 22nd place.
Elmira's Howard Fleischman earned medalist honors with a two-under 69. Oswego's A squad won the team title by two strokes over the Lakers' B squad. The Soaring Eagles were six strokes off the lead. The Statesmen were three strokes behind fifth place Cobleskill and six strokes in front of SUNY-ESF.
The Statesmen will be back in action on Sept. 25-26 when they compete in the Liberty League Championship in Rochester, N.Y.
