The Hobart lacrosse team will square off against Ohio State in an ECAC Lacrosse League showdown at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 9 in Columbus, Ohio. The Statesmen are 4-5 overall, 1-1 in conference play, while the Buckeyes are 5-5, 0-1.
The game will be broadcast live on WEOS-FM (89.7/90.3). Outside of the broadcast area, fans can watch the game online at BigTenNetwork.com. The game is scheduled to be televised on the Big Ten Network on Monday, April 11 at 2 p.m. (check your local listings).

Ohio State is looking to rebound from a 12-9 loss to Loyola. The Buckeyes rank in the top 20 in the nation in shooting percentage (10th, .321), man-down defense (11th, .778), scoring defense (16th, 8.1 gapg), and scoring margin (19th, +1.8). Sophomore attackman Logan Schuss leads the offense with team-highs of 20 goals, 10 assists, and 30 points. First-year midfielder Shawn Kaplan has taken the majority of the team's faceoffs, winning 52 of 113 (.460), and sports a team-high 24 ground balls. In goal, first-year Greg Dutton is 4-5 with an 8.67 GAA and a .506 save percentage.
The game marks the 11th meeting between Hobart and Ohio State with the Statesmen holding a 7-3 advantage in the series. Ohio State won last year's meeting in Geneva 14-6.
