The William Smith tennis team swept Union 9-0 in a match played this afternoon in Schenectady, N.Y. The Herons improve to 9-5 overall this season, and the Dutchwomen are now 4-6 this year.

Greene logged her second win of the day and ninth singles win of the year, 6-2, 6-2 at No. 1 singles. Nicoletti downed her competition 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2, and sophomore Hayley Wolf breezed to a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 3. Nicoletti is 11-9 overall and Wolf is now 13-7 in singles this year. First-year
Sydney Arsenault registered her 13th singles victory of the season, 6-3, 6-1 at No. 4. At No. 5, first-year
Charlotte Federowicz recorded a 6-2, 6-0 win to improve to 16-6 this year. Junior
Kate O'Connor logged her third singles victory this season, 6-4, 6-1 win at No. 6.
The Herons will be back in action on Thursday, April 25, when they travel to take on Ithaca at 4 p.m.
