GENEVA, N.Y.-The Hobart College squash team was bested by Western Ontario 9-0 this afternoon. The match was the season opener for the Statesmen.
 
The Mustangs won 3-0 in the top four spots and at Nos. 7-9. First-year Graham Henderson dropped the first game 11-6, took the second game 12-10 before losing 11-3, 11-2. Junior Krittapat Pranich won his opening game 11-9 before losing three straight to Western Ontario's Frazin Habib Pour. Despite losing to Matt Henderson 3-0, sophomore Josh Oakley kept things close, taking eight points in games one and two.
 
Hobart will be back in action this weekend, Nov. 19-20, when it takes part in the Navy Round Robin. The Statesmen will face Navy and Massachusetts Institute of Technology on Saturday and Denison and Stanford on Sunday.
