The Hobart College football team will look to capture the Centennial Cup for the 10th consecutive time when the Statesmen and the University of Rochester wrap up the regular season, taking to the gridiron at noon Saturday, Nov. 13 at Fauver Stadium.

The University of Rochester requires all visitors to wear a mask indoors, regardless of vaccination status and encourages spectators to wear masks at outdoor venues.

The game will be the 113th all-time meeting between Hobart and Rochester, a rivalry that dates back to 1892. The Statesmen have won nine straight and 14 of the past 15 meetings, dating back to 2004.

Hobart comes into the game with a 7-2 overall record and a 3-2 record in the Liberty League. The Statesmen lead the conference in scoring offense (31.1 ppg) and total defense (247.0 yds/g) and are second in total offense (393.8 yds/g).

Hobart's league leading rushing attack is fueled by running backs
Tim Denham Jr. and
Rayshawn Boswell. Following a 213-yard performance against Buffalo State last week, Denham leads the conference with 919 yards rushing, 81 shy of becoming Hobart's first 1,000-yard rusher since 2013. Boswell has 806 yards rushing, averaging a league-best 7.2 yards per carry. He's scored 17 touchdowns this season, eighth in the nation.

Quarterback
David Krewson leads the Hobart passing attack, throwing for 1,322 yards and five touchdowns. He's also rushed for three touchdowns. Krewson's top target this season has been wide receiver
Alex LaBella, who has 30 receptions for 330 yards and two TDs.

Hobart's defense is led by its linebackers. Starters
Bryan Aguilar,
CJ Calero,
Emmett Forde and
Jaimen Bliss are the top four tacklers on the team with Aguilar sporting a team-high 66 stops. Despite missing two games due to injury, Forde leads the league with 12.5 tackles for loss and 5.0 sacks. The Statesmen are tied for the league-lead with 13 interceptions, including a team-high three by free safety
Cal Sullivan.

With a 48-28 win over Hartwick last week, Rochester improved to 3-6 overall, 1-4 in conference play. The Yellowjackets' offense is averaging 285.0 yards and 18.4 points per game while the defense allows 27.7 points and 400.8 yards per game.
